Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and has not been soldered or installed, as modified electronics are ineligible for return due to safety and quality standards.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our technical department.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack your gear securely in its original box with all mounting hardware and documentation included, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping package.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items to confirm their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
